We had a great time at this hotel! The view from the room was amazing as it overlooked a beautiful lake and golf course. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We arrived late but the check-in process was easy as the unit was unlocked and the key was on the table. The hotel facilities and full kitchen were convenient for our stay. We also enjoyed the location away from the noise of the city and found some nice restaurants in the area.

Celebrated Christmas in this hotel. Location is close to major attractions and the room had a nice view. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The facilities are outdated and could use some renovation. Bedding was not comfortable and the bathroom was not up to standard.

Stayed at a golf resort over New Year and had a wonderful time. The scenery was breathtaking with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed including local restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious and welcoming, with comfortable beds and ample amenities. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room and the daily housekeeping service.

The resort was quite confusing to navigate upon arrival, with unclear signs to guide us in. The check-in process was also a bit disorganized, taking longer than expected.

Everything was spot on.

The resort boasts of beautiful golf courses in well-maintained conditions. The staff attending to the guests is very hospitable, with excellent communication skills. The townhomes are spacious and well equipped, including fully-functional kitchens, and some rooms offer beautiful views of the course or Torch Lake. They have a great restaurant with knowledgeable staff that serves delicious breakfast.

The resort has issues with housekeeping, with dirty linen being picked up from the floor and replaced instead of being washed.

Great course views and quality of play. The staff provided good service. The fast greens at the Country Club were impressive. The Torch course offered stunning views. I would recommend this resort.
